in order to send out our regular topic mails as well as for our own marketing purposes.

The legal basis for this is your consent under Art. 6 (1) a) and 7 of the EU GDPR as well as § 7 (2) No. 3 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG).

With your confirmation, you confirm that you wish to receive our topic mails at the email address you have indicated and that you are identical with the person who signed the agreement or sent back the confirmation. For delivery purposes, your data will be transferred to a software service provider (Inxmail GmbH in Freiburg und CleverReach Verwaltungs GmbH in Rastede). We will not transfer your data to any other third parties or to other third countries. Your data will be stored for as long as you wish to receive the topic mails. You have the right to request information on how your data is processed, a right to rectification of your data, to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), to have the processing restricted, to object to the processing, a right to data portability, as well as a right to revoke your consent. If you revoke your consent, you will not receive any more topic mails. To revoke your consent, please send us an email (info@holzmann-medien.de), a letter or fax (+49 8247 354-170) . You will receive a confirmation immediately upon reception. You can also unsubscribe from the topic mail by clicking the “unsubscribe” link (at the end of each topic mail).
