Whether it’s a short trade fair shoot for your social media presence or a lavishly produced image film for the big screen, our video production workflow consistently follows the same structure. Here’s how it works:
1. Conception
In the conception phase, we lay the foundation for your film. In collaboration with all involved parties, we define the target audience, medium, format, and key messages of your film. Together, we develop a tailored concept. Once the creative direction is clear, we clarify key details such as the number of actors needed, shooting schedule, locations, permits, and all technical specifications.
2. Filming
Once the concept is finalized, the actual filming begins! This phase is all about capturing the planned scenes in the best possible way using camera, sound, and lighting. Depending on the project, filming can take anywhere from one hour to several days. Careful coordination and planning are essential to achieve high-quality footage.
If filming is to take place at your trade fair booth or during ongoing operations, we ensure that the shoot is organized in such a way that you can continue to focus on your customers and/or production with minimal disruption.
3. Post-Production
In post-production, the recorded material is edited and assembled into the final video. First, the best takes are selected and arranged in the correct order, together with music and, if needed, a voice-over. This is followed by the addition of graphics, animations, visual effects, color correction, and audio post-processing.
If your video needs to be delivered in multiple formats (e.g., as a classic 16:9 video and also as a 9:16 version for social media), that’s absolutely no problem.
4. Marketing
To ensure your video reaches your target audience as precisely as possible, we take care of the marketing after the production is complete.
